Yes, Raphael AI is fully responsive and works on any device with a modern browser — phones, tablets, and desktops.

Current options include GPT Image 2 and GPT-4o Image, Nano Banana / Pro / 2 (Gemini), Flux Kontext and Flux 2, Seedream 4.5 and 5.0 Lite, Z-Image, and Seedance video. Availability can change with upstream providers.

Depending on the model: 1K (1024×1024), 2K (2048×2048), 3K, and up to 4K (4096×4096). Higher resolutions cost more per image. Multiple aspect ratios are supported: 1:1, 2:3, 3:2, 16:9, 9:16, 4:1, 1:4, and more.

Yes, most models support image-to-image generation. Upload reference photos to guide the AI's output. Some models support 1 reference, others up to 8, and Gemini models up to 14 references.

Processing time varies by model, resolution, reference-image count, provider capacity, and network conditions. Higher-resolution image and video jobs generally take longer.

Common reasons: the prompt contains content that violates safety filters, the server is under heavy load, or there's a network issue. Try rephrasing your prompt or waiting a moment before retrying.

Our image and video generation is powered by KIE.AI. Direct public API access is not currently offered through Raphael AI.

Cloudflare Turnstile is a privacy-friendly CAPTCHA alternative that protects signed-in generation requests from bots. It runs automatically before generation.

This usually means the Turnstile widget did not load properly. Try refreshing the page, disabling ad blockers, or using a different browser. JavaScript must be enabled.

Yes. New users receive 1 free credit after signing in and can use it once on any image model. Additional generations require purchased credits.

Pay as you go: current packs are $4.90 for 20 credits, $9.90 for 50, $19.90 for 120, and $49 for 350. Each supported image generation uses 1 credit. Video pricing is separate and shown by duration and resolution.

No, your balance never expires. Top up once and use it whenever you want — there's no time limit.

We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods through Creem, our payment processor. All transactions are secure and processed by a licensed Merchant of Record.

Each supported image generation uses 1 credit. Your effective dollar cost depends on the credit pack you purchase. Visit Pricing for current packs; video uses separate duration-based pricing.

Raphael AI does not claim ownership of your output and permits commercial use, subject to our Terms, applicable law, third-party model terms, and any rights in your prompt or reference material.

Generated outputs are not added to your Raphael AI account history. Uploaded reference media may be stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 and processed by KIE.AI to complete the request; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Raphael AI does not train its own models on your prompts or uploads. Generation providers process submitted content under their own service and privacy policies.

Content that is violent, hateful, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), infringing on others' IP, or promoting terrorism is strictly prohibited. AI safety filters are applied across all models.
